Polestar und Google auf der CES 2024: Neue Maßstäbe für Fahrzeugfunktionen  

GÖTEBORG, SCHWEDEN – 9. Januar 2024. Die strategische Partnerschaft von Polestar mit Google wird auf der CES 2024 in Las Vegas fortgeführt. Die neuesten Innovationen für Autos mit integriertem Google System werden auch in den Polestar Fahrzeugen erhältlich sein, darunter sind auch neue Funktionen für den Polestar 2. Sie werdenam Android Stand von Google auf der CES im Polestar 3 vorgestellt.

Seit der Markteinführung des Polestar 2 vor über drei Jahren wurde das Ökosystem des Android Automobilbetriebssystems durch eine lange Liste neuer Apps und Funktionalitäten erweitert. Diese enge Zusammenarbeit liefert Besitzerinnen und Besitzern eines Polestars weiterhin neue Funktionen, die in diesem Jahr auch den Polestar 3 und den Polestar 4 bereichern werden.“

Senden einer geplanten Route vom Mobilgerät zum Auto

Google führt eine neue Funktion ein, die es ermöglicht, Fahrten in Google Maps auf dem Android- oder iOS-Gerät zu planen und die geplante Route einfach an das im Polestar 2 integrierte Google Maps zu senden. Die Funktion ist ab sofort verfügbar.

Surfen im Auto mit Google Chrome

Schon früh hatte Polestar das Surfen im Auto angeboten und den Vivaldi-Browser im Jahr 2021 für den Polestar 2 auf den Markt gebracht. Nun wird der Chrome-Browser in der Betaversion für den Polestar 2 ausgerollt. Er bietet Fahrenden ein vertrautes und benutzerfreundliches Surferlebnis im geparkten Auto.
